FAQ
How do you create eBay listings for me?
To give someone access to your eBay seller account, you need to use the "Multi-User Account Access" feature, where you can add authorized users and grant them specific permissions to manage aspects of your account by going to "My eBay" > "Account" > "Permissions", then enter the user's email address and select the actions you want them to be able to perform; the user will receive an invitation to accept the access.
Will you have full access to me eBay seller account?
No. Your US-based VA will only have access to the necessary parts of your eBay account that you grant permission to so they can create your eBay Listing drafts.
Will my VA launch my listings?
No, your VA will create the listings and you will then be able to review them in your drafts and add your desired item prices before then launching them yourself.
What if I need help in setting the permissions in my eBay account?
You can contact your VA who will help to guide you correctly through the process.
I'm ready. How to I start?
Go to the Shop tab and purchase an eBay Listing Credit package. Any unused Credits will rollover to be used on your next order.
You will be contacted by your new US-based VA who will provide you with a Google drive link to upload pictures of your items and will guide you through the next step to give your VA the necessary permissions within your eBay account.
The VA will then create the listings based off these pictures. The more pictures, the better.
What if I have anymore questions?
You can use the Contact Us tab and email us or reach out directly to your VA if you already have one.
